Description of main responsibilities:

  • Take orders from members.
  • Respond to calls, faxes, chats, and emails from members in a professional manner.
  • Actively listen to members to analyze their needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Follow up with members on the status of their orders or requests.
  • Take appropriate measures to resolve issues effectively.
  • Ensure excellent customer service.
  • Provide quotes to members.

  • Ability to work under pressure in a very active and stimulating environment.

Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the Business Development Agent identifies and approaches our members. He or she develops and maintains relationships with prospects and existing members, providing them with advice and solutions tailored to their needs. Main tasks

  • Present the company's products and services in a clear, concise, and compelling manner, highlighting their benefits and addressing the specific needs of potential customers.
  • Be familiar with the products you will be presenting.
  • Search for products that meet the needs of members among our suppliers.
  • Prospect, generate new business, and increase member sales.
  • Place orders and follow up with members during the sales process.
  • Update contact information and create new contacts.
  • Effectively execute sales strategies.
  • Perform any other tasks requested by your superiors.

WAREHOUSE

The order picker/packer is responsible for processing the products to be sent according to the customer's order form. He/she locates the products in the warehouse, assembles them and packs them according to the company's packaging instructions. Atierwards, you may be asked to pack as required, according to the company's instructions. Heavy handling (50 lbs) and walking are to be expected in this task.

Duties and responsibilities:

The responsibilities of the order picker/packer are to ensure the conformity and accuracy of products for shipment. They work under the responsibility of a team leader and warehouse supervisor. Computer and handling tools. (Pallet trucks, small transport cart, voice guidance system, computer as required).

Detailed duties include :

- Locating ordered items in the warehouse and optimizing the picking route;

- Ensuring safe transport of goods;

- Wrapping and packaging products;

- Labeling items and parcels for easy identification;

- Valida􀆟ng delivery and transport notes;

- Finalizing the order by transferring the parcel to the packing or shipping area;

- Reporting merchandise anomalies;

- Keeping warehouse areas clean
