COLLISION CENTRE

Join Leader Auto Resources (LAR), North America's largest automotive dealership purchasing group. As a Collision Center Technical Advisor and Technician, you will play a key role in providing technical support to member collision repair facilities. Working closely with suppliers and industry partners, you will contribute to implementing best practices, training users, optimizing operations, and building lasting relationships throughout our member network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support related to paint and refinishing products.
  • Train customers on the optimal use of company products.
  • Participate in the implementation of new accounts.
  • Train collision repair shop employees.
  • Present and promote new products.
  • Conduct customer visits on a 13-week cycle.
  • Proactively identify current and potential customer challenges.
  • Investigate customer complaints and implement appropriate solutions.
  • Identify and report competitive activities.
  • Participate in required training to maintain up-to-date knowledge.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and best practices.
  • Prepare and enter visit reports into tracking systems (OSM).
  • Ensure sales follow-up activities and customer support are completed.
  • Provide technical coordination in support of sales activities, acting as a resource for suppliers and internal teams.

  • Availability to travel throughout Quebec.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is required.

Description of main responsibilities:

Supporting automotive dealership members and suppliers

  • Responding to the needs of customers and suppliers
  • Provide assistance with OEM initiatives and Equipment Team

Prepare quotations/Take orders

Respond to calls/emails from members in a professional manner

Actively listen to members to analyze their needs and propose tailored solutions

Follow up with members on the status of their orders or requests

Ensure excellent customer service.

Main tasks

WAREHOUSE

The order picker/packer is responsible for processing the products to be sent according to the customer's order form. He/she locates the products in the warehouse, assembles them and packs them according to the company's packaging instructions. Atierwards, you may be asked to pack as required, according to the company's instructions. Heavy handling (50 lbs) and walking are to be expected in this task.

Duties and responsibilities:

The responsibilities of the order picker/packer are to ensure the conformity and accuracy of products for shipment. They work under the responsibility of a team leader and warehouse supervisor. Computer and handling tools. (Pallet trucks, small transport cart, voice guidance system, computer as required).

Detailed duties include :

- Locating ordered items in the warehouse and optimizing the picking route;

- Ensuring safe transport of goods;

- Wrapping and packaging products;

- Labeling items and parcels for easy identification;

- Valida􀆟ng delivery and transport notes;

- Finalizing the order by transferring the parcel to the packing or shipping area;

- Reporting merchandise anomalies;

- Keeping warehouse areas clean
